Aprolin 300 WS- For Coccidiosis

Indications

Amprolin-300 WS is indicated for coccidiosis caused by coccidia susceptible to amprolium (Eimeria spp.) or gastrointestinal infections for which it is therapeutically or prophylactically indicated to administer amprolium in calves, sheep, goats and poultry.

Dosage

For oral administration:

– Calves, sheep and goats:
Preventive: 1 gram per 60 kg body weight through drinking water or milk for 21 days.
Curative: 1 gram per 30 kg body weight through drinking water or milk for 5 days.

– Poultry:
Preventive: 1 kg Amprolin-300 WS per 5000 litres of drinking water for 1-2 weeks.
Curative: 1 kg Amprolin-300 WS per 1250-2500 litres of drinking water for 5-7 days.

Note: mix Amprolin-300 WS daily with fresh water. In severe cases curative treatment may be followed by preventive treatment.

Withdrawal times
– For meat:
Calves, sheep and goats : 3 days.
Poultry : 0 days.
– For eggs : 0 days.
